I believe in the wholeness and completeness of your humanity as you are. You have always been, and will always be, exactly what you’ve been searching for and exactly what you need. There is nothing outside of you that can make you whole — only the Light within you. You are not broken, and you do not need fixing or healing.

Your Highest Self thrives in neutrality

I believe in choosing neutrality to access your Highest Self. Duality (the eternal battle of "greater than" and "less than") lays the groundwork for the egoic self and the many attachments and narratives which prevent us from being our authentic selves. Life gives each of us a set of circumstances that trick us into accepting that we are limited.

There are no mistakes and no coincidences

I believe that reality is intentional. Statistically speaking, the probability that you are reading these words, on this site, and at a time and place in your life where they are meaningful to you and resonate with you is not merely improbable; it is infinitesimal. Everything in reality is purposeful and essential to the next stage in your journey.

The Universe gives you exactly what you need

I believe in the abundance of the Universe and that it holds space for you. The Universe provides exactly what you need, when you need it, and at a time when you will be able to receive it. As difficult as this may be to accept, every painful, traumatic, and damaging experience has been given to you as a gift to teach you what you need to know.

I exist in order to hold space for your Highest Self

I believe that the Universe has equipped me with the skills, knowledge, and experience to assist you in evolving into your Highest Self. It is my privilege and promise to hold space for you as your Highest Self and who you truly are, not who you've been in the past nor the circumstances that you've had to endure along your journey.
