Our Process
We specialize in those experiencing major life transitions where we must dissolve a past egoic self to make room for our Highest Self to emerge. We use a three-step process to help our clients RECOGNIZE their limiting narratives, gently RELEASE the traumas and experiences which hold them in stasis, and then REINTEGRATE the new reality they are creating and the trueness of who they are back into their lives.

It’s easy to lose sight of the unlimited being inside ourselves. We live the best lives that we can within the limited narratives we buy into. If we pay attention, there are many opportunities in life where we are reminded of the difference between the masks we wear and our true selves that we hide away from ourselves and others.
We are capable of learning how to identify where we have been limited and inauthentic and then to detach from those identities. We can learn to love and protect who we are inside and to reclaim the truest parts of ourselves. When we have done the work and have become so full of light and love, those around us will be drawn to and inspired by us, and we will remind them that the same wholeness is available to them right now.
